State Level Intercollegiate Cultural Competition – Commerce Dept.

P.G and research Department of commerce organized one day state level intercollegiate cultural competition on 24.02.2023. Thiru.V.Vignesh, Proprietor of Annai Jewellers, Thoothukudi lighted the lamp in the presence of our college secretary Thiru P.S.P.K.J somu, and The principal Dr.J.Poongodi. Dr.M.Thatchinamurthy, Head of the department of commerce delivered inaugural address. 24 colleges from all-over Tamilnadu participated in the programme. Nearly 310 students competed. A.P.C.Mahalakshmi college for women, Thoothukudi won the overall championship trophy and the runner was St.Mary’s college ,Thoothukudi. At the valedictory function, Mr.Rajesh Paul Proprietor, Samsung showroom, Thoothukudi was the chief guest. The principal , The HOD and the chief guest distributed the certificate and prizes to all the winners. Dr.B.Ponnuthai, organizing secretary of one day state level intercollegiate cultural competition delivered the vote of thanks. The students’ leader J.P.Mohammed Navas sheriff, M.Muthukumar, S.Thangameera,S.Shravana , and the faculty members of commerce had made all the arrangements for one day state level intercollegiate cultural competition.
