I am extremely happy to deliver the convocation address in this college of repute, a college named after a great national leader, Bharath Ratna Thiru K, Kamaraj. The college has rendered forty years of quality higher education to the people of Thoothukudi, and I wish & hope that the college would continue to provide the same, a cause for which its mentor lived for.

Honorable Member of Parliament (MP) Mrs. Kanimoli Karunanidhi visited our college on 24.11.2022 and inaugurated a National Level Seminar on Climate Change and Environment

Deputy Division Chief of Bio-Medical Research & Environmental Sciences, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Space Center, Houston, Dr. Antony S. Jevarajan, Ph.D., visited the college on 31.01.23 to motivate the students regarding the various job opportunities.

International Chess Arbiter, Fide Lecturer FIDE Instructor, FIDE Fair play officer, Councillor, International Chess Federation, Poling officer, All India Chess Federation, Mr. Gopakumar M.S, visited our college on 01.12.23 in view of AICF’s Fair Play Orientation Workshop.

Mrs. M. Dhanalakshmi, B.Sc., M.L., Alumni (Zoology Department) of Kamaraj College, Senior Civil Judge, Additional Judicial member, Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, visited the college as Chief Guest for the 44 th Alumni Day Celebrations on 02.10.24 and delivery a speech.
