- Student feedback is obtained at the end of every semester from all students.
- The feedback covers two general areas. The first area is academic rigour and faculty.
- The second is on student services, including Office, Canteen and Toilets.
- The feedback is collected anonymously, though software.
- The results are analysed and shared with respective Department Heads for improvement.
- It has been very useful to understand student perception and identify areas for improvement.
