• Student feedback is obtained at the end of every semester from all students.
  • The feedback covers two general areas. The first area is academic rigour and faculty.
  • The second is on student services, including Office, Canteen and Toilets.
  • The feedback is collected anonymously, though software.
  • The results are analysed and shared with respective Department Heads for improvement.
  • It has been very useful to understand student perception and identify areas for improvement.
