
Monthly Assembly Meeting – Aided Students
The first monthly assembly meeting of the academic year 2025–2026 was organized by the Department of History at Kamaraj College. The assembly was held in the open auditorium with the enthusiastic participation of all staff and students.
The program began on a traditional and reverent note with the rendition of the Tamilthai Vazhthu, followed by the College Prayer, invoking a sense of unity and purpose among the participants.
As part of the student contributions, a Tirukkural was recited, accompanied by a thoughtful Ponmozhi, reinforcing moral values and cultural heritage. Students also presented the current news and highlighted upcoming events, helping the audience stay informed and connected with institutional and global developments.
The gathering was then addressed by Dr. K. Bhanumathi, Principal In-Charge, who extended her warm greetings to all and emphasized the importance of discipline, commitment, and academic excellence for the year ahead.
Following this, Dr. S. Senthil, Vice-Principal, delivered the vote of thanks, appreciating the efforts of the organizing department, participating students, and faculty members.
The assembly came to a close with the solemn rendering of the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with a spirit of patriotism and unity.
