Day1: Induction Programme – Aided Students (First Year)

Induction programme for the first year students started on 28.06.2024. Mr. E. Achuthan, Sub Inspector, Cyber Crime, Thoothukudi District was the resource person for the first session. He gave a talk on the topic ‘Cyber Crime Awareness ‘. He created awareness about common cyber threats that students can take proactive measures to safeguard their personal information and digital assets. Dr. S. Vijayalakshmi, Assistant Professor of Commerce, Kamaraj College, gave a talk on the topic ‘Student Values, Aspirations and Family Expectations’. The afternoon session started with the thought provoking talk of Dr. M. Murali, Associate Professor of Tamil on the topic ‘Literary Play – Acting / Reading / Writing’. During the last session – Exploring My Campus- students were taken around the college campus to know the various aspects of their study space.
