Guest Lecture on Oral History – History Dept.

The PG and Research Department of History,Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi, organised a Guest Lecture Program on the topic “Oral History” on 21-08-2023. The chief guest was Dr.C.Jeya Veera Devan, Assistant professor of History, Periyar University, Salem. He elaborated on the basic aspects of Oral History and the necessary procedure for it. This Lecture gave the students all the details of the Oral History and its impact in the historical world. More than 150 students got benefitted by this program.
