Workshop on Yoga – NSS Unit: 218

The NSS Unit 218 organised a workshop on Yoga in connection with International Yoga Day 2024 on 21.06.2024. Dr.A.Arunachala Rajan, Vice Principal inaugurated the training by his presidential address. Dr.R.Karuppasamy, Programme Officer, NSS Unit 218 has disseminated the importance of yoga for youngsters. Mrs.Sundari, Yoga Trainer, Thoothukudi was a trainer, and demonstrated the yoga for our students. Totally 235 students participated in the workshop. The NSS Volunteer Mr. Vasanthavelan – II BBA Shipping and Logistics coordinated the entire event successfully.
