Workshop on Photography – Visual Communication Dept.

The Department of Visual Communication, Kamaraj College, organized a one-day workshop on photography titled “Poetic of Light” on 28th January 2025. The workshop was conducted by Mr. A. Adaikal Raj, an experienced documentary filmmaker and founder of CLAP Media Workstation. The session covered the artistic and technical aspects of light in photography, including lighting techniques, storytelling through light, and practical demonstrations of natural and artificial lighting. Students actively participated in discussions and received valuable feedback. The workshop enhanced the participants’ understanding of light as a creative tool in photography. The event concluded with a vote of thanks and the distribution of participation certificates.
