Workshop on Exploring our Self

The Department of Commerce organized a workshop on Exploring Our – ‘SELF’. The eminent resource person was Dr. R. Rohini, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology, St Mary’s College (Autonomous) Thoothukudi. This workshop was dated 20th September 2022. The program started with Thanizh Thaai Vazhthu followed by a Gratification Address by Mrs. T. Sharmila Fernando, Assistant Professor of the department of commerce. Dr. A. Arunachala Rajan, Vice Principal, felicitated the gathering with his warm words followed by the chief guest welcoming and felicitation was delivered by Dr. V. Gopalakrishnan, Head of the department and the chief guest was honored with a token of gratitude The session was then carried out by the day’s Resource Person Dr. R. Rohini, who elaborated on the student’s behavioral Enrichment. She enlightened students on effective skill management techniques and self-control etiquette, and she enthusiastically motivated them to enhance their different approaches toward the wellness of their personal life and professional life of self. The students were engaged with practical activities of enlightenment. Mr.Sivalingasamy I – B.Com (Banking & E-Commerce) proposed the Vote of Thanks. The Session came to an end with National Anthem. More than 320 Participate participated zestfully and benefited. The beneficiaries were UG First year & PG students.
