The PG and Research Department of English (SF), Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi proudly celebrated Women Equality Day on 1st September 2025. The event took place in the Golden Jubilee Block at 10:30 am and featured a special Drawing Competition based on the theme of gender equality and empowerment. The aim of this program was to spread awareness among students about the importance of equal opportunities for women and to provide a platform to express creativity through art.

The second place was awarded to Antony Geobhil, while S. N. Joel Andrews achieved third place.
