Tongue Cancer Biomarkers in Indian Population

PG and Research Department of Microbiology has organized State Level virtual seminar on “Search towards Novel Tongue Cancer Biomarkers in Indian Population by Quantitative Proteomic Approach” on 31/03/2022. Dr. Ananthi Sivagnanam, Founder & CEO, Clinbiocare Technology, Director, Saaral Biosciences Research Institute, Tenkasi and Distinguished Adjunct Professor, Saveetha Dental College and Hospital, Chennai was the Chief guest speaker for the program. She has clearly explained the proteomic approach to tongue cancer in the Indian population. She also explained other types of cancer research and the current scenario. Student coordinators are actively involved to conduct this program. Prayer song by J.Yazhini, I B.Sc.,  Welcome address by S. Krystal Sherina II M.Sc., Chief Guest introduction by L. Ramalakshmi II M.Sc., and Vote of thanks given by M. Sivapriya II M.Sc. The students of Microbiology actively participated and interacted with the resource person.
