SWAYAM NPTEL MOOCs: 10 Powerful Online Learning Opportunities
Introduction
The SWAYAM NPTEL MOOCs Orientation Programme titled “SWAYAM, NPTEL and MOOCs: Online Learning Opportunities” was successfully organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Kamaraj College (Autonomous), Thoothukudi on 23 July 2026 at 09.30 a.m. in the Seminar Hall.
The programme was conducted to create awareness among students about the wide range of learning opportunities available through SWAYAM, NPTEL and MOOC platforms. It encouraged students to enhance their academic knowledge, technical skills, employability and lifelong learning through quality online education.
Objectives of the Programme
The SWAYAM NPTEL MOOCs orientation programme was organized to promote online learning awareness among students.
The major objectives of the programme were:

Commencement of the Programme
The programme commenced with Tamil Thai Vazhthu in the esteemed presence of the Vice Principals, Dr. S. Senthil and Dr. A. Arunachala Rajan.
