The NSS Unit 218, 243 & 244 of Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi organised the Swachhata Hi Seva 2024 Program in Connection with Gandhi Jeyanthi on 02.10.2024 at Roche Park Beach, Thoothukudi. It is initiated to collect plastic waste from the beach. The event inaugurated by our respected secretary Mr.P.S.P.K.J. Somu. Totally 78 volunteers involved and collected 800 KG plastic and glasses. The program was coordinated by Dr.R.Karuppasamy, Dr.M.Palaniappan and Mrs.K.Indira NSS Programme Officers.
