Department Of Criminology & Police Administration in collaboration with The Indian Society of Criminology organized a programme on the theme of “Students Contribution in Social Development” on 06.08.2019 from 04:00 PM to 06:00 PM. Nearly 120 students participated in this programme. The special invitee from “We Can Trust” discussed the importance of “Plant Saplings” to the students. Prof. Srinivasan (Rtd) Head of the department of commerce, Kamaraj college Thoothukudi, delivered an insightful speech to the students. Mr D. Christopher (We can Trust) briefed them about their campaign and his experience with the students. He also elaborated on the possible ways for students’ participation to engage in plant saplings. Mr Aiyppan member of “We Can Trust” also shared his ideas with the students. The programme was organized by Mr R. Rameshkannan & S. Sivasanthosh, Department of Criminology & Police Administration.
