Soft Skill Programme on Basic Skill for Management – Dept. of BBA

The Department of Business Administration (SF), Kamaraj College, successfully completed a soft skill programme on ” BASIC SKILL FOR MANAGEMENT ” on 29.11.2024 at 11 a.m. in the Seminar Hall, GJ Block.
Dr R Karuppasamy, Head, Department of Business Administration was the convener of the programme.
The chief guest was Dr Pon Mohaideen Pitchai, Professor of Practices in HRM, HR & Management Consultant, Dubai. He gave a great talk on topics like;
i) Common Sense
ii) Innovation
iii) Cognitive Behaviour
iv) Product
v) Knowledge
vi) Customer Care
in a successful business world. A total of 106 students from I BBA Gen. and SL participated in this programme. This session was interactive. The guest speaker clarified the doubts of the students in the business sector. Students became aware of new skills in business.
