Seminar on Consumer Protection and Redressal Forum

The Consumer Club of Kamaraj College organized a Seminar on Consumer Protection and Redressal Forum on 6th May 2022. Dr. Annamalaisamy Associate Professor of Commerce J.P. College of Arts & Science Tenkasi was the Resource Person. 75 Participants participated in the seminar. He delivered a lecture on Consumers Rights. He talked about the various unfair trade practices faced by Consumers and how to protect the consumers from those problems. He also explained the various types of consumer Forums and the procedures for filing in Consumer Forums. Mr. Ganapathy Iyyapan of III B.com. welcomed the gathering and Ms. Bala Hema of I B.com. proposed the Vote of Thanks.
