The Research Department of Computer Science, Kamaraj College organised Second International Conference on Data Analytics (ICDA’23) [Hybrid Mode] on 26th & 27th July 2023. On the first day, 26th July 2023, the inaugural function was begun at 9:30 AM with the invocation song of the Tamil Thai Vazhthu. The Honourable Principal of the Kamaraj College Dr.J.Poongodi presided over the function by lighting the standing lamp with other dignitaries. Dr. V. Joseph Raj, Head, Research Department of Computer Science delivered the welcome address. Dr.J.Poongodi, Principal of the Kamaraj College delivered the presidential address. The chief guest Thiru. Bafpalbir Singh, Divisional Manager, Food Corporation of India (Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution), Government of India, inaugurated the conference in the presence of Thiru.R.Muthselvam, correspondent, Kamaraj Women’s College and delivered the Inaugural Address. Dr.A.Asok, Vice Principal offered felicitation. The inaugural session ended with the vote of thanks proposed by Dr. V. Joseph Peter, Associate Professor of Computer Science followed by the start of the first day two technical sessions. Mr.Samuel Jigme Harrison, VLSI Professional, Senior IEEE Member, Singapore, and Dr.Prof.M.Safish Mary from St.Xaviers College, Tirunelveli acted as the resource persons and delivered the Keynote Address on IOT Analytics and Deep Learning Techniques. Around 180 participants from various colleges have actively participated and researchers were presented their research in Day 1 Offline mode sessions of ICDA ’23. On the second day, 27 July 2023, the third technical session was started with the delivery of a keynote address on Machine Learning Techniques by Dr.Prof.S.IRENE GETZI, Jyoti Nivas College (A), Bengaluru City University, Karnataka. Sessions were organized in Online mode and papers were presented by Scholars, industrialists, Faculties, and PG Students from different districts and states like Karnataka, Bangalore and Delhi. Around 70 research papers were presented at the Conference in both offline and online mode. Finally, the valedictory function was started by 3.30 PM. Prof. T. Ravi, Associate Professor of Computer Science delivered the welcome address. Dr.S.Senthil, Assistant Professor of Computer Science introduced the chief guest. The chief guest Dr. A. Duraisamy, Dean, SRM University, Chennai delivered the valedictory address. The Conference came to an end with a vote of thanks by Dr. M. Gethsiyal Augasta, Assistant Professor of Computer Science. The Conference was sponsored by the Management of Kamaraj College, ICT Academy (Tamilnadu), Postulate Info. Tech Pvt. Ltd (Thoothukudi), QTick Technology Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), Mrs. T. Raja Rajeshwari (FCI) and Mr. B. Saravana Babu (District Officer, FRS). By this Conference, ICDA ’23, around 300 students and research persons benefited for directing their studies and research in the right direction. The faculty members and Student volunteers of the Research Department of Computer Science organized the Conference in a successful manner.
