Reading Competition – Dept. of English

On 28 August, 2024 the Phoenix Literary Association of the PG & Research Department of English (SF), Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi conducted a Reading competition. Fourteen students of the department participated with enthusiasm. This competition was conducted to encourage the habit of reading which expands the knowledge and improves their language skills. The purpose of the competition is to stimulate, encourage and activate reading on a continuous basis, and to emphasis the importance of reading among students. From this students will develop a love for reading over a period of time. The student coordinators S. Ramya and S. Divya from II MA English conducted the competition. The prize winners are First: V. R. Reshma of II M.A. English, Second: Trina Iris of I M.A. English, Third: V. Swetha of II M.A. English.
