The Placement Cell of Kamaraj College organized an orientation programme on Skill Enhancement & Campus Placement and NIRF (parameters weightage and documentation) on August 17, 2022 in the Conference hall. This programme motivated the staff members to give placement awareness to the students. The session started at 10 am with Tamil Thaai Vaazhthu. Dr. A. Devaraj, Placement Coordinator welcomed the gathering. Opening remarks and the master of ceremony was skillfully done by Mrs. Bama, Assistant Professor. The chief guests were honoured and introduced by Dr. J. Poongodi, Principal in-charge. The chief guests Mr. V. Venkateshbabu B.E.(Hons.)M.Phil. and Dr. Velusamy M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D from Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal college, Sivakasi. Both the guests shared their experience and gave many ideas and suggestions for the betterment of Placement activities and NIRF. This orientation programme was very useful for the staff members. Finally vote of thanks was given by Mr. J.Alangara Ashok, Assistant Professor in English and Placement Coordinator (SF), who organised the event.
