Introduction

The Phoenix Literary Association was successfully rejuvenated by the PG and Research Department of English (SF) of Kamaraj College (Autonomous), Thoothukudi on 17 July 2026. The programme was organized to encourage students to develop communication skills, reading habits, confidence, literary interest and leadership qualities.

The rejuvenation of the association marked a fresh beginning for literary activities in the department. It provided students with a meaningful platform to improve their creative expression, stage confidence, responsibility and active participation in departmental programmes.

Objectives of the Programme
