Orientation Programme: 10 Powerful Insights for Leadership
Introduction
The Orientation Programme was successfully organized by the PG and Research Department of English (SF) of Kamaraj College (Autonomous), Thoothukudi, in collaboration with the Talent Quest for India Trust, on 02 July 2026 at the Golden Jubilee Block. The programme was conducted with the objective of introducing students to the aims, objectives and activities of the Talent Quest for India Trust.
The session provided students with valuable guidance on leadership, skill development, career opportunities, entrepreneurship, communication skills and continuous learning. It created a meaningful platform for students to understand the importance of personal growth and professional preparation.
Objectives of the Programme

The session was graced by Ms. Syed Ali Fathima, Trainer in Talent Quest for India Trust, Mentor at BrightChamps, Creator of Fathi the Explorer and Proprietor of Hotel Fathima. Her presence added great value to the programme, as she shared practical ideas on learning, confidence, communication and self-development.
Mr. N. Gowtham, B.E. (EEE), Member of Talent Quest for India Trust and Quality Inspector at Ashok Leyland, also participated as the Chief Guest. He shared useful insights with the students and motivated them to prepare themselves for future opportunities.
