Omicron – New Corona Virus Variant Awareness Programme

NSS Unit 81 conducted a Omicron – New Corona Virus Variant Awareness Programme on 17th December, 2021. R. Sakthi Subhalakhsmi, Clinical technician, Medical Microbiology, Thoothukudi was the chief guest. she provided technical explanations on field medical camp and adviced the volunteers. She also talked about Omicron biology, preventive measures and medical Microbiological aspects of omicron. 65 volunteers took part in the awareness programme and became aware of Omicron- New variant.
