Mushroom Cultivation Technology

The Department of Botany, Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi has organized one day workshop entitled “Mushroom Cultivation Technology” on 16.11.2021. The Workshop has been started with a prayer song followed by the welcome address, given by Dr.T.Ponrathy, H.O.D, Department of Botany. Our college Principal Dr. D. Nagarajan inaugurated the workshop and delivered an inaugural address and the Chief Guest cum Resource person of the workshop Mrs. S. Dhanalakshmi Selvam, Secretary, Tulasi Social Service, Thoothukudi has given a detailed presentation and hands-on training regarding Mushroom Cultivation Techniques to the students. More than 100 students from Botany Department attended actively. At last, the organizing secretary Dr. M. Muthu Sheeba proposed a vote of thanks. The organizing committee members of this program were Dr. T. Kumareswari and Ms. S. Swathi Lakshmi, Assistant Professors, Department of Botany. The workshop ended with the National Anthem.
