The Mindful Living Yoga programme titled “Mindful Living: Life Skills through Yoga” was organized on 12 February 2026, from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m., at the Golden Jubilee Block of Kamaraj College (Autonomous), Thoothukudi.
