
Mentor Mentee Meet – Commerce Dept.
The Department of Commerce (SF) at Kamaraj College hosted a Mentor-Mentee Meet, fostering a collaborative environment between faculty members and students. The event, held on 03.04.2024, aimed to bridge the gap between mentors, comprising experienced departmental faculty, and mentees, consisting of students seeking guidance and support in their academic and professional journeys. The meeting commenced with an opening address, highlighting the significance of mentorship in academic and personal growth. Throughout the event, various activities such as ice-breaking sessions, panel discussions, and one-on-one interactions provided ample opportunities for mentors to share their expertise and for mentees to seek advice and insights from their mentors.
