Medical Coding Course – Botany Dept.

Tamil Nadu APEX Skill Development Centre for Healthcare has arranged a medical coding course for the final-year students of Botany and Biotechnology under the Tamil Nadu Naan Mudhalvan Scheme. The class was conducted by Mrs. Ponmala, the Pharmacist. It was started on 20th March 2023, at the Botany Lab for B.Sc., Botany final year students. The instructions were given to the students to complete the registration and attendance form before starting the classes. After that, she started the portions as per the prescribed syllabus of Medical Coding. The students were asked to attend tests (online) in the morning and afternoon and also fill out the feedback form at the end of the class. It was organized by Dr.J. Pongodi, the Principal of Kamaraj college, Dr. C. Kasthuri, Co-ordinator of the Naan Mudhalvan Scheme, In-charges of the Medical coding course Dr. T. Kumareswari, and Dr. M. Muthu Sheeba, Asst. Prof. of Botany Dept.
