The Department of Business Administration, Kamaraj College (Autonomous), Thoothukudi, organized a three-day Life Skill Workshop on the theme “Application of Heartfulness Meditation Tools to the Development of Essential Life Skills” from 19 to 21 January 2026, between 8.30 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. at the Bharathiyar Block. The programme was conducted in association with the Sri Ramachandra Mission – Heartfulness Institute, Thoothukudi Branch.

The Life Skill Workshop aimed to equip students with practical tools to manage academic stress, improve emotional resilience, and develop a balanced and purposeful approach to life.
