The Department of Physical Education, Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi, organized a Keezhadi Field Visit on 7 August 2026. A total of 36 second-year Physical Education students and three faculty members participated in the educational trip. The team departed from the college at 6.30 a.m. and visited the Keezhadi Museum and a sports stadium in Madurai.
The visit offered students an opportunity to explore Tamil history and culture while also gaining exposure to sports infrastructure. Moreover, it connected classroom learning with direct observation and practical experience.
Objectives of the Field Visit
The Keezhadi Field Visit focused on the following objectives:
