Job Readiness Workshop – Placement & Training Dept.

The Department of Placement and Training organized the “Job Readiness Workshop” from February 1, 2024, to February 3, 2024, in the Smart Hall and SF Seminar Hall. The session started at 9.30 a.m. with Tamil Thaai Vaazhthu. Dr. J. Alangara Ashok, placement training head, welcomed the gathering. Our vice principal, Dr. Arunachala Rajan, felicitated the resource persons. Our eminent resource persons, Mr. Raja Suresh and Mr. Kathiresa Perumal, are soft skill trainers from the GTT Foundation, Chennai. Both of them trained our students very well. The session was very useful for the students. Students actively participated in this program. Trainers give more information about communication skills, interview skills, resume writing, and finally group discussion. Students get more ideas from the trainers. Finally, the vote of thanks was given by Mrs. S. Venoth, placement trainer. Dr. J. Alangara Ashok, Head and Assistant Professor, Department of Placement and Training, has organized the event. The program came to an end with the National Anthem. Thank you.
