Investment in Securities Market – BBA Dept.

The Capacity Building Program on Investment in Securities Market is organized by the Department of Business Administration & Business Administration in Shipping & Logistics Management on 11.10.2022. The event was organized in association with The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Investors’ Protection Fund (IPF), Tamilnadu Branch, Chennai. The Program was started with Tamilzh Thaai Vazhthu, MC done by Ms. S. Sukritha-III BBA, welcome addresses by Mr. J. Jenith III BBA SL. Our college Principal i/c Dr. J. Poongodi & Vice Principal Dr. A. Arunachalarajan have motivated our students with their presidential address and continued with the felicitation of our Head of the Department Dr. R. Karuppasamy. Mr. Daranyan-III BBA & Mr. J. Jenith honored the guest with a shawl and Dr. M. Rajee & K. Abirami, Assistant professors of Business Administration honored the guest by presenting the memento. Followed by, the session started. The Resource Person Mr. B. Badinarayanan, senior executive, BSE –IPF, Chennai & Mr. Karthik, Central Depository Services Ltd., Chennai, presented the lecture with power point & enriched students’ knowledge on the given topics (Overview of the Securities Market and Importance of Demat). Finally, the questions and answer session was instigated. Ms. S. Keerthika, III BBA SL has proposed the vote of thanks.
