Day 1: Institutional Visit: Children Paradise Trust Light House, Thoothukudi – Criminology Dept.

The Department of Criminology arranged the Institutional visit for II B.a Criminology and Police Administration students to Visit Children Paradise Trust Light House – Integrated rehabilitation centre for addicts, Thoothukudi on 21.02.25. The Students gained knowledge about the Importance of the De-addiction Centre, the challenges faced by the Counsellor in rehabilitating the addicts. The Counsellors shared information about Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and the role of government in Rehabilitating alcohol addicts.
