Industrial Visit to Patwari Bakers (P) Ltd

The Department of Business Administration organized the Industrial Visit to the Patwari Bakers (P) Ltd, (Parle G Biscuit Factory) at Madurai on 08-10-22. Around 30 students from III BBA visited the factory and explored their practical knowledge. Mr. D. Kadher Ushan, Plant Coordinator explained the biscuit production process with different stages which included Mixing, Heating, Molding, Cooling, and Packing. Two of our faculty Dr. M. Rajee and Dr. N. Sivakumar accompanied the students making this trip fruitful. Finally, the Industry visit has given hands-on experience to the students.
