Human Rights Day Competition was meaningfully observed by the PG and Research Department of English (Self Finance) at Kamaraj College (Autonomous), Thoothukudi on 12 December 2025 from 11.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. at the Golden Jubilee Block. The event took the form of a Collage Making and Slogan Writing Competition, aimed at spreading awareness about fundamental human rights while nurturing students’ creativity, critical thinking, and social responsibility.

The programme was organized as part of the global observance of Human Rights Day, commemorated annually on December 10, to promote equality, dignity, freedom, and justice for all.
