Introduction
The HRM in IT Industry guest lecture titled “HRM: Driving Success in the IT Industry” was successfully organized by the Department of Computer Science (Self-Financing) of Kamaraj College (Autonomous), Thoothukudi on 17 July 2026 at 12.00 p.m. in the C V Raman Computer Science Block.
The programme was conducted to help students understand the importance of Human Resource Management in the IT sector. It created awareness about workplace expectations, communication skills, teamwork, leadership, adaptability and professional ethics required for success in the modern technology industry.
Objectives of the Programme
