Department of History organized a one-day Historical field visit to Madurai on 08.10.2022. Departments’ Second Year students enthusiastically participated and visited Historically important places like Aanai Malai Cave Temple, Azhar Koil, Keelavalavu Jain’s shelter, Keezhadi excavation site and Thirumalai Nayak palace. Dr.Vedachalam Archaeological Officer Retd. explained the history of the places.
