Guest Lecture: Various Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights – Chemistry Dept.

PG and Research Department of Chemistry organized a Guest Lecture on “Various Aspects of Intellectual Property rights” on 20th February 2025 by Dr. N.N. Krishnaveni, Women Scientist – WoS (Kiran IPR), Assistant Professor in Computer Science, Holy Cross Home Science College, Thoothukudi. The purpose of this event was to introduce Intellectual Property Rights and their roles. Her speech highlighted the vulnerable status of India in terms of patent applications filed. From the need for IPRs to the exclusive and easy steps to file a patent application, today’s talk had it all. A total of 65 participants attended the session and gained a knowledge of IPR.
