Guest Lecture on Yoga for Modern Mind – Yoga Club and YRC

A Guest Lecture Program was organised by the Yoga Club and Youth Red Cross on 20/07/2024. Shri.Narayana Caitanya Das, Chairman,ISKCON, Tirunelveli was the Resource Person. He gave a talk on the topic ‘Yoga for Modern Mind’. He highlighted the significant duties of a student. He also emphasised the need to control our mind to lead a better way of life. More than 200 students participated in the program and were benefited.
