Guest Lecture on Happy Hormones – Microbiology Dept.

A Guest lecture entitled “Happy Hormones” was organized by Department of Microbiology on 11.09.2023. Dr.K.Bhanumathi, HOD and Associate Professor, PG and Research Department of Zoology, Kamaraj college consented as the resource person. She gave an elaborate lecture about stress management and role of hormones in stress relief. She also emphasized the importance of lifestyle changes associated with the changing environment and survival skills in professional arena.
The guest lecture was morally supported by The Principal, Dr.J.Poongodi and Vice principal Dr.A.Arunachala Rajan. Dr.S.Abirami, HOD & Assistant Professor excellently coordinated the guest lecture. Dr.G.Arunkumar, served as organizing secretary. The students gained ample benefit from this lecture
