On behalf of IQAC of Kamaraj College, A Faculty Development Program was held on June 21, 2025, focusing on “Outcome-Based Curriculum, Pedagogy, Assessment, and Evaluation”. The Chief Guest, Dr.D. Joseph Charles Tamilmaran, Associate Professor and Head, School of Management, Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous), Bengaluru, was felicitated by Dr.K.Bhanumathi,the Principal i/c, with a shawl and memento. Under the valuable guidance and monitoring of the vice Principals, Dr.S.Senthil and Dr.A.Arnachalarajan, the program brought together faculty members to enhance their understanding of writing effective POs and COs, as well as syllabus framework design. The FDP coordinator, Dr.M.Ummu Jasmine welcomed the gathering. The FDP provided a valuable platform for faculty to engage with best practices in outcome-based education, enabling them to develop curriculum and assessment strategies that align with institutional goals. Dr. M.Gethsiyal Augusta, IQAC Coordinator and Mrs S.Jinduja, Assistant IQAC Coordinator, meticulously planned and executed the program.Around 160 faculties were benifited by this informative programme.
