Faculty Orientation Program

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell organizes a faculty orientation program for our teaching and non-teaching faculty members in our college towards autonomy on 19-02-2024 (Monday). Dr. R. Azhagu Raj, IQAC Director, and Dr. A. Lourdsamy, former IQAC Coordinator and Dean of Science, HOD of Data Science from St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Palayamkottai, are the resource persons. They extended and shared their views about the functioning and privileges of autonomy. The roles and responsibilities of an autonomous college are clearly explored by our principal, Dr. J. Poongodi. All the staff members from both Aided & SF are highly benefited.
