Faculty Development Program – IQAC

Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Kamaraj College organised a Faculty Development Program on ‘ Integrating Outcome – Based Education (OBA) in Curriculum Design for Enhanced Learning and Employability’ on December 20, 2024. Dr. J Shakina, Associate Professor of Chemistry & Controller of Examinations, Sarah Tucker College, Tirunelveli, was the guest of honour. Her speech focused on how to align curriculum frameworks with the principles of OBE. The insights and expertise of the speaker made a significant impact on framing the syllabus. The program was held in the presence of the Principal, Dr.J. Poongodi, and the Vice Principals, Dr.A. Asok and Dr.A. Arunachalarajan. Around 160 faculties from the aided and unaided departments attended the FDP and got enlightened. The program was coordinated by Dr. M. Ummu Jasmine, Assistant Professor of English and Dr. J.Thilagavthy, Assistant Professor of Tamil, along with the IQAC coordinators Dr. M.Gethsiyal Augasta, and Mrs. S.Jindhuja.
