Electronic Voting Machine Demonstration Awareness 2024 – NSS Unit 218

The National Service Scheme, Unit No.218 organised the Electronic Voting Machine Demonstration Awareness 2024 at College Campus, Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi on 07.02.2024. The programme was initiated in association with the Election Commission of Tamilnadu, Thoothukudi Taluk, Thoothukudi District. Mr.Mookaiah, Junior Assistant, EVM demonstration incharge, Thoothukudi Taluk explained the voting procedures and demonstrated by using EV Machine. Totally 365 students were trained for electronic voting in forthcoming parliamentary election. Dr.R.Karuppasamy, Programme Officer, NSS, Unit No.218 coordinated the entire event. 20 NSS Volunteers involved in this work, and they made all the arrangements under the headship of Mr.Athimoolam, II BA Tamil.
