District Level National Youth Festival Competitions 2024 – NSS Unit: 218

The NSS Unit 218, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, New Delhi and Nehru Yuva Kendra, Thoothukudi jointly organised the District Level Yuva Utsav 2024 (District Level National Youth Festival Competitions 2024) on 11.12.2024 at Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi. Totally seven competitions were conducted such as Poetry Writing, Speech, Drawing, Mobile Photography, Cultural Dance, Science Mela Group and Solo. Nearly 400 students actively participated from the various colleges and schools in the Thoothukudi District. The prizes were distributed in the presence of Dr.A.Asok and A . Arunachala Rajan, Vice Principal, Kamaraj College, Tmt.T.Sathya, Deputy Collector, Thoothukudi, Mr. P.Gopakunmar, Field Publicity Officer, Centrel Bureau of Communication, Tirunelveli, Mrs.A.Swarnalatha, General Manager, DIC, Thoothukudi and S. Antony Athistaraj, District Sports and Youth Welfare Officer, Thoothukudi. The winners can be participated in the State level National Youth Festival Competitions. The event was successfully coordinated by Dr.R.Karuppasamy, NSS Programme Officer, Unit 218, Kamaraj College and P.V.Praveenkumar, District Youth Officer, Nehru Yuva Kendra,Thoothukudi.
