Day2: Solo Dance – Intercollegiate Competition – Pongaloviyam 2023

The Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi organizes three days Cultural cum Sports intercollegiate competition from 23.01.2023. On the second day 24.01.2023, The Solo Dance competition was conducted at 2.00 pm in Kamarajar Kalvi Arangam. fourteen members from fourteen different colleges like, Rajalakshmi arts & science college, Thoothukudi; V.O.C College, Thoothukudi; APA College, Nanguneri; St. Mary’s college, Thoothukudi; St. John’s college, Palayamkottai; M.D.T Hindu college, Tirunelveli; Kamaraj Women’s college, Thoothukudi; Sarah Tucker college, Tirunelveli; T.M.M. College, Kulathur; Arulmigu Subramaniya Swamy Arts and Science College, Vagaikulam; G. V. N. College, Kovilpatti; Don Bosco college, Thoothukudi; St. Mother’s Theresa Engineering college, Thoothukudi; and St. Xavier’s College, Tirunelveli, participated in the competition. Everyone came up with different styles and themes. The audiences enjoyed the performances. Out of fourteen performances, R. Mahalakshmi of St. John’s College got first prize; Annie Pushpa Jefia of St. Mary’s College got second prize; and K. Rathimala of G. V. N. College, Kovilpatti got third prize.
