Day2: Hair Do – Intercollegiate Competition – Pongaloviyam 2023

The Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi organizes three days Cultural cum Sports intercollegiate competition from 23.01.2023. On the second day 24.01.2023, the Hair Do competition was conducted at 12:00 pm in the Ganesan Nadar Block. Sixteen teams and thirty two members participated in the competition from sixteen colleges including, Rajalakshmi arts & science college, Thoothukudi; V.O.C College, Thoothukudi; St. Mary’s college, Thoothukudi; St. John’s college, Palayamkottai; Francis Xavier engineering college, Tirunelveli; M.D.T Hindu college, Tirunelveli; Kamaraj Women’s college, Thoothukudi; Sarah Tucker college, Tirunelveli; Bishop Caldwell college, Thoothukudi; T.M.M. College, Kulathur; Arulmigu Subramaniya Swamy Arts and Science College, Vagaikulam; Sri Sangara Bhagavathi Arts and Science College, Konnadikottai; Adithanar College of Arts and Science, Thiruchendur; St. Mother’s Theresa Engineering college, Thoothukudi; G.V. N. College of Arts and Science college, Kovilpatti; and Don Bosco College, Thoothukudi. The time duration given was one and a half hours. Within the given time the participants came up with gorgeous styles. Among them R. Jeslin and G. Nithiya Sri of St. Mary’s College got first prize; V. Abitha and M. Ponmari Selvi of G.V.N. College, Kovilpatti got second prize; and R. Mari Bhuvaneswari and C. Kirithica of Francis Xavier Engineering College, Palayamkottai got third prize.
