Day1: Poster Making – Intercollegiate Competition – Pongaloviyam 2023
The Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi organizes three days Cultural cum Sports intercollegiate competition from 23.01.2023. The second event for the day 23.01.2023 was Poster Making Competition was conducted at 12.00 pm at Ganesan Nadar Block with fourteen number of participants from fourteen colleges namely, St. Mary’s college, Thoothukudi; St. John’s college, Palayamkottai; M.D.T Hindu college, Tirunelveli; APA College, Nanguneri; Bishop Caldwell college, Thoothukudi; T.M.M. College, Kulathur; Arulmigu Subramaniya Swamy Arts and Science College, Vagaikulam; Rajalakshmi arts & science college, Thoothukudi; St. Xavier’s College, Tirunelveli; Sri Sangara Bhagavathi Arts and Science College, Konnadikottai; V.O.C College, Thoothukudi; St. Mother’s Theresa Engineering college, Thoothukudi; Sarah Tucker college, Tirunelveli; and Kamaraj Women’s college, Thoothukudi. The theme for poster making was “Digital Empowerment”. All the posters were unbiasedly scrutinized and the judges awarded marks based on the relevant criteria. Among the fourteen posters, T. Princy Sophia of St. Mary’s College, Thoothukudi got first prize; S. Meenakshi Sundari of V.O.C. College got second prize; and M. Athvani of Francis Xavier college got third prize.
