Day 3: Interdepartmental Chess Tournament (Women) – Founder’s Day Celebrations

As a part of the celebrations of Founder’s Day, Interdepartmental Chess Tournament was conducted on 14.03.25 &. 17.03.25. The event was inaugurated by the College Secretary Mr. P.S.P.K.J.Somu and the Principal of the college Dr. A. Asok, in the presence of Founder’s day convenor Dr. A. Devaraj along with other co-ordinators assigned for the event. 14 teams from 14 departments actively participated in the event. It was conducted as a 5 round team Swiss system. Chemistry department (Aided) emerged as winner and Commerce department ( Aided) emerged as Runner and the third place was won by Mathematics department (Aided).
