Day 3: Interdepartmental Chess Tournament – Founder’s Day Celebrations

As a part of the celebrations of Founder’s Day, Interdepartmental Chess Tournament was conducted on 20.03.24. The event was inaugurated by the Principal Dr. Poongodi and Dr. Jacqueline Brindha along with other co-ordinators. 16 teams from 16 departments actively participated in the event. It was conducted as a 5 round Swiss system. physics department (Aided) emerged as winner and Commerce department ( Aided) emerged as Runner and the third place was won by Economics department (Aided).
