Day 2: National Level Capacity Building Program for Faculty and Research Scholars

A Three day National Level Capacity Building Program for Faculty and Research Scholars (13-15.06.2024) took place in Kamaraj College Thoothukudi, sponsered by the Thoothukudi Educational Society. This workshop was convened by Dr. Arunachala Rajan, the Vice Principal and Co-ordinated by Dr. G. Thilagavathi. on the second day 14.06.2024, the first session titled “research proposal and project funding” was awesomely handled by Dr. M.Viji, Assistant professor, department of botany, thiagarajar college Madurai. the speaker meticulously explains the importance of the Research proposal, guidelines , project funding and etc., The second session was handled by Mr. A. Jayakumar , Assistant Professor, Department of English, S.T Hindu College Nagercoil. The speaker intensively tells about the value of self esteems and importance of communication . Immensely it was an useful workshop to gain knowledge . around 150 facilities were take part in this program and This session came to an end with an vote of thanks.
