COMMEVER ACE 2K26: Remarkable Fest Unites 1,218 Students

COMMEVER ACE 2K26, a National Level Inter-Collegiate Cultural Fest, was organised by the Department of Commerce (S.F.), Kamaraj College (Autonomous), Thoothukudi, in association with the K.C. Pearl Commerce Association on 11 September 2026 at the G.J.B. Block.

The fest witnessed an impressive participation of 1,218 students representing 42 colleges from across India. With 18 diverse competitions spanning business, management, art, culture, creativity and entertainment, the event provided a vibrant national-level platform for students to demonstrate their talents, exchange ideas and develop confidence, leadership, teamwork and communication skills.

COMMEVER ACE 2K26 at Kamaraj College

The National Level Inter-Collegiate Cultural Fest was designed to bring students from different institutions together on a common platform of creativity, culture, innovation and managerial excellence.

The large-scale participation transformed the campus into an energetic arena of intellectual and cultural activity.

Students competed in events that tested their entrepreneurial thinking, artistic abilities, managerial skills, communication, creativity, teamwork and stage performance.

1,218 Students from 42 Colleges

One of the major highlights of COMMEVER ACE 2K26 was the scale of participation.

A total of 1,218 students from 42 colleges participated in the fest.

The gathering created opportunities for students from different institutions to interact, compete and learn from one another.

The participation also reflected the wide reach of the national-level fest and contributed to a lively atmosphere throughout the day.

Objectives of COMMEVER ACE 2K26

The fest aimed to promote the holistic development of students by providing opportunities beyond conventional classroom learning.

Inauguration Ceremony

The fest commenced with an inauguration ceremony attended by the Principal, Vice Principal, Head of the Department, Organising Secretary, faculty members, Student President, student coordinators and participants.

Mr. R. Esakki Muthu, Founder and CEO of Arun Land Promoters, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

The inaugural gathering marked the beginning of a day filled with intellectual, managerial, artistic and cultural competitions.

The presence of students from numerous colleges added energy and enthusiasm to the opening ceremony.

The competitions challenged students to apply strategic thinking, leadership, communication, planning and entrepreneurial skills in competitive situations.

The Principal, Vice Principal, Head of the Department, Organising Secretary, faculty members, student coordinators and participants from various colleges attended the ceremony.

S.A.V. Sahaya Thai Arts & Science Women’s College, Vadakkankulam, secured the Overall Championship through its performance across multiple competitions.

The institution received a cash reward of ₹7,000 and the Overall Championship Trophy.

Its students secured prizes in events including Reels Making, Art from Waste, Fashion Walk, Connection, Pencil Art, Fireless Cooking, Short Film, Rangoli and Group Dance.

The valedictory ceremony concluded with the distribution of prizes and trophies to winners of the individual competitions and the overall championship.
